Fritz’s Wieners sell a varied menu of award-winning, New Zealand Manuka-smoked, gluten-free, gourmet German sausages. The sausages are cooked on a custom-built roller grill over an open flame, and served in a freshly baked bun with lashings of sauerkraut, onions, and an array of sauces.
