The excitement leading up to the Festival of Golf is already building, with celebrity Chef Darren Robertson appearing today (Tuesday, 10 March 2026) on Channel 7’s The Morning Show to showcase a dish that guests will get to experience at the upcoming Festival of Golf Players Party taking place on Friday 20 March 2026.

The renowned chef and co-owner of Three Blue Ducks shared his vibrant charred broccoli and pearl couscous salad, transforming a humble vegetable into a standout dish packed with fresh flavours. Layered with mint, currants, roasted almonds and creamy labneh, the colourful salad highlights Darren’s signature style – simple ingredients elevated with bold, seasonal flavours.
